Q. Can you post out prints internationally?
Yes, that's no problem. I can post both unframed and framed prints internationally.
Q. Why can I not purchase certain prints from this website?
Some prints have been commissioned and they can only be purchased from that outlet. For example the Spaniard Bar print, can only be purchased from The Spaniard.
Q. How much postage will I be charged?
This varies depending on the amount of prints selected and whether they are framed or unframed. This is calculated automatically, you will see the postage costs before payment.
Q. How long will it take for my prints to arrive?
Once payment is received I will dispatch within 48 hrs. (please allow for Sundays and Bank holidays). For UK delivery, Royal Mail estimate 1-2 working days and for international they estimate 7-10 working days. I will
email you as soon as I post it.
Q. Are there any alternative methods of payment?
Yes, I accept UK cheques and you can also pay by bank transfer. Please email me directly to arrange this. I will post out items once payment is received.
Q. If the prints arrive damaged, can I get them replaced?
Although this very unlikely, if you do receive damaged prints please contact me immediately, take a few photos and email them to me within 10 days. I will replace the item free of charge.
Q. I have been given a discount code, how do I use this?
Select the print (s) you want. This will take you to 'Your Basket' there is a box on the left hand side of the page. Simply enter your code and click the recalculate button. This will automatically give you a discount. Please note that discount codes can not be used with any other special offer.
Q. How do the unframed/ framed prints come?
The unframed prints are placed in a self seal polythene bag for protection. The framed prints have glass for protection and arrive ready for hanging. Each print is individually signed and presented in a snow white mount card.
