Also known as ‘Beacon of Hope’, ‘Bell on the Ball’, ‘Thing with the Ring’, or my personal favourite ‘Nuala with the Hula’ is a metal art sculpture, commissioned by Andy Scott. She stands at almost 20 feet tall in Thanksgiving Square, Belfast and has become an iconic piece of public art.
